What Is The Cause Of Sore Throat, Fatigue, Headaches And Fever?

I am a healthcare provider that recently cared 2 patients on some sort of resp precautions, one for sure was positive for acetobacter in the sputum. I began have a mild sore throat on Tuesday that has persisted. Today, I have swollen nodes in neck, swollen tonsils, sore tongue, and difficulty swallowing. I am also having a mild headache fatigue though no fever. I am concerned that I've contracted an infection from one of my patients. I do not want to bring such infection around my family or even my others patients.
