What Is The Cause Of Sore Throat, Weakness And Tiredness?

Hi, for one week I've felt really tired and weak, and had a slight sore throat that has come and gone. In the last day or so I've started getting slight temperature, dull, tight headache and still a sore-ish throat. At times, my chest feels tight, like it's hard to breath.
