What Is The Chance Of Conceiving After Having Sex During Fertility Days?

I used an ovulation kit and it was at high fertility for 2 days then went back to low fetrility. I have never had this happen before. What does this mean? Did I not ovulate? We did have sex during my high fertility days is there a chance I can still conceive this month even though I didn't ovulate?
