What Is The Chronic Headache To A Hypothyroid Patient?

Hi. I am consulting you from India. Would like to consult regarding my mother who has a complaint of severe headaches since the past two years and more. She is hypertensive as well has hypothyroid. She is on medications for both. She has shown to many doctors including neurologists and has taken medications, but the headaches continue. Please guide
