What Is The Clear Discharge Through Breast?

hi doctor....2 days ago i self check my breast n discovered tt my left nipple discharge some clear fluid,,,im vv worried n scare...wen to the gp for check up she say might be due to some health product i took lately...she suggested me to go for a mammogram during my next menstruation...but im vv scare ...cos wen i press my breast or nipple seems like more fluid is flowing out..is clear in colour...if i dont press is seems normal....only wen i press my breast or nipple then the fluid come out..do u tik i should wait till next month or hav my mammogram done asap???
