What Is The Coldness In My Body Leading To Headaches?

In the last week I have felt that there is ice inside my body/bones esp in my head,nose ear. The coldness is causing me to get headaches and not being able to sleep. The coldness is deep inside my body. My outside body is not cold. The only relief is getting in a hot bath.
