What Is The Complete Recovery Period After Total Hysterectomy?

Hi i m Cris. I had total Hysterectomy done Oct.30, 2014. Its over 3 months already and when I carry a little bit heavy stuff and my abdomen hurts after. I had Fibroid and stage 4 endometriosis. My doctor said that my cervix or uterus[can t remember exactly] got stuck so it was a hard surgery. How long the recovery really. I get bloated and had lots of gas even before my surgery. Im having recurring yeast infection too for about 2 years and its every mo. I tried canesten many times. Also Metronidazole also my husband took. Nystatine, Flagyl, Monistat. It goes away when i take the medicine but it come back monthly. I don t know what to do especially my yeast infection. My doctor did swab few times and its yeast infection. I m so emotional sometimes because theres no complete cure. I even took Vaginal probiotic for over 2 months and reduced my carb and sugar intake but din t work at all. Please help me doctors.
