What Is The Constant Headache Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes And Headache?

I have a temperature that consistently stays above 100, a slight cough from a previous sickness that hasn't gone away (almost like a cigarette cough I've had), it hasn't worsened but stayed the same. I have muscle aches, swollen lymph-nodes (throat), I sweat terribly when I sleep, there was also blood in my mucus this morning, continuation of the bloody mucus throughout the day, I have bone aches also, and a headache that hasn't gone away for two days. What could I possibly have?
