What Is The Constant Stabbing Pain In My Breasts Along With Fever?

I'm a 26 year old female, and am suffering a constant stabbing pain below my right breast, it is tender to the touch, I have had a fever for the last couple of days as well as other cold like symptoms. This pain has been constant since I woke up this morning about 8 hrs now.
