What Is The Correct Dosage For MX3 Capsule?

Age : 60 years old
Height : 5'4
Weight :140 lbs.
I had my ultrtasound diagnosis last 15 April 2011.
Pertinent : Postmenopausal spotting
LMP : Postmenopausal
Normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened hyperechoic endometrium. Consider heterogenous mass at the posterofundal area, probably an intramural myoma with submucous component. Dilated endometrial cavity with minimal fluid within. Both ovaries atrophic. I m taking MX3 capsule 3 x a day for 15 days now and still observing the effects... did i make the right dosage? Pls help me.
