What Is The Correlation Between Arachnoiditis And Mycobacterium?

I have a diagnosis of Mycobacterium abscessus and I also have been told that I have arachnoiditis, which I understand could have been caused by spinal surgery (L4-L5, L5-S1), or steroid injections in close proximity to the spinal cord for the purpose of pain relief, etc.. Do you know if there is any correlation between the Mycobacterium and the arachnoiditis? Thank you for any information regarding the above.
