What Is The Difference Between Acnemoist Cream And Pro-emol Cream?

Hi, I want to know the difference between Acnemoist cream and pro-emol creams. I have been using pro-emol since a year on acne prone skin. It gives immediate soothing effect and acts as a good moisturizer. Is acnemosit more effective than pro-emol? Does it give the same soothing effect on itching skin?
