What is the difference, except dosage, between nexium 40mg (Esomeprazole magnesium generic) prescription and over the counter nexium? I have been on nexium 40mg for about 15yrs and switched to two nexium OTC per day and became very ill. Went back to 40mg nexium and all problems were corrected.
