What Is The Dosage Of Silica Spray For Bartholin Cyst?

I have a Bartholin Cyst that is about the size of a walnut. It isn't giving me pain now, but I want to catch it before it does or gets any bigger. I purchased silica spray and serrapeptase supplements as I've read these have worked for other women. However, I'm not sure what dosages I should be using and where I should spray the silica (externally vs. internally) and how long it should sit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
