What Is The Dose Of Walamycin For A Kid?

Hello Dr. My son is allergic to milk proteins, he is one year old now. When he was 2 months, he suffered severe diareah and vomiting after giving him cow milk. He was administered Bifilac and Walamycin. He is suffering vomiting and loose stools after having milk based sweet. Can we continue the same medicine? What dose of walamycin to be given for 1 year baby?
