What Is The Duration Between The Two Contraceptive Pills?

I took my contraceptive pill yesterday at 6.30pm and had sex with my boyfriend at around midnight without using another form of contraception. I felt unwell and vomited at 1.30am.Is it necessary for me to take another pill or is it unnecessary seeing as there was 7 hours between taking the pill and being sick? Thanks
