What Is The Earliest Way To Confirm Pregnancy At Home, And Is There A Whole Blood Pregnancy Test Available?

I think I may be pregnant. I have been trying to conceive since October of 2018. My last period started on April 12 and ended on April 15 and I had intercourse on April 16 and April 18. I have tender breasts (really sore) and a clear mucousy discharge and I have been feeling fatigued and cranky. I was wondering what is the quickest/ earliest way to know. I am dying to know! Is there an at home whole blood pregnancy test?
