What Is The Effect Of Topamax And Phentermine On Fetus During 15 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant and was just referred to a specialist to get a high risk ultrasound at 20 weeks. I was taking Topamax & phentermine for weight loss starting October 28th, 2014. I did not know I was pregnant until I was 5.5 weeks along. So I took this combination for a total of 4-5 weeks starting the first week of my pregnancy. Now I am unable to sleep and function because I am so consumed with worry that my baby is going to have a birth defect. Should I be worried?
