HI, I drink alchohol on regualar basis in the evening and usually consume plenty of water before sleeping, however I went to bed without having any water last night, plus had not had enough water throughout the day as well! I woke up with standard hang over feeling and mild, yet consistent headache and was tired all day! This isn t a surprise, however I had on/ off heart palpitations, which I am not use to either! the fluttering kind when I stand up to walk, inconsistency of beats per minute, and the beats were a lot bigger than normal, to where I can see my chest are over the heat throbbing. I would say I consumed about 6-7 glasses of water, mostly in the first 2 hours that I woke up and I also took one Tylenol extra strength pill, but cannot remember if the first palpitations began just before taking the pill, or right after! I also stayed exhausted all day and still am. I am a 28 year old male. I wondered if this is common, and I also wondered if you think that the Tylenol, yesterdays alchohol consumption, along side dehydration is the cause. I feel that the Tylenol may have been when it started. Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing back! - Jim
