What Is The Elevated Rough Mole On My Breast That Keeps Growing?

About a tear ago I noticed on the right side of my right breast a small flat like mole dark brown color.This was growing little by little Now a year later it groew at least five times from the originl sie . it is no longer flt but elevated with rough surface when feeling it . It is not itchy or painful. It changes color froml ight light brown to sometimes dark brown. Is this a cancerous mole?
