What is the equivalent dose of Concerta 54 mgs to Adderall? I was on 54 mg Concerta and a booster med (Ritalin) and it didn't last long enough throughout the day. I asked my psychiatrist to switch to Adderall Xr, but he only prescribed 20 mgs. Since then, I have felt that my ADD symptoms have gotten worse. Would increasing the dose to 30 mgs help?
