What Is The Extra Skin Growth On Small Toe?

Hi , I notice some extra skin on my small toe i had it a while now but am lokin at it now and realize its bigger..its thick and kinda oval shaped.. looks like a seed...and its painless... what could this be?

I am 26 years old 5ft 4inches about 130 pounds
no medical problems except for sinus
