What Is The Grease Substance Leaking From The Skin?

hello sir I had unsafe sex with a married lady,and after few days i felt few changes inside my body specially on skin ,it has started scretting oil like greasy substance which was not easily removable by normal shoap,i thaught that i might get HIV infection but the results negative evey time till now .also my wife and dughter have same problem.what is that i dont understanding please help me.
