What Is The Huge Fluid Filled Bruise On My Knee?

Hi I'm 27 years old and have noticed a very large bruis on my left knee I havent banged it in any way and it is getting bigger and darker by the day it is also to touch very fluidy it isn't painful but more like a dull ache please can you advise me of what it might be thanks Paul.
