What Is The Itchy Dandruff Near Chin, Nose, Ears And Mouth?

Hi I have dandruff on chin, around mouth, near nose and ears... it becomes red some time and itches. I took full treatment from specialists 2 times in last 2 years. However it returns back again. I am currently using Lobat GM it helps for some time but doesn t go completely.
