What Is The Large Bruise On Her Left Lower Quadrant?

My daughter 16 went to the emergency room this past Saturday. She was having severe pain on her left side all the way up to her chest. They diagnosed her with a ovarian cyst. We followed up yesterday with an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed a cyst on her right ovary(2 1/2 cm). This morning she woke up and has a large bruise on her left side in her lower quadrant, so I called our pediatrician. He read her xrays from Saturday and said that her colon was full. My daughter said she is not constipated that she has gone to the bathroom several times and the pain is not that kind. She only hurts when she is active. What should I do?
