What Is The Life Expectancy In A Person With Malignant Melanoma?

Does a diagnosis of stage o melanoma mean that it will eventually take my life, even if it is removed? Also, should I no longer color my hair. Am 56 yrs old and only started hair dye at 50. Did not engage in tanning during youth, do not drink or smoke and usually eat diet that mimics cancer diets. Help! Need straight up answers.
