What Is The Life Expectancy Of A Patient With 10% Kidney Function?

Mom is 87 years old and only has 10% kidney function. I believe her dehydration caused it to drop dramatically in past 2 weeks because she was lucid just a week ago. She s in hospital and receiving 1st dialysis today. Is there a chance her kidney s will recover some? I d like to move her into assisted living memory care and if dialysis is needed fine. Again Is there a chance her kidney s will recover some?
