What Is The Light Reddish Discharge From Left Nipple?

Hi I'm a mother of 4 married 21 yrs... 42 yrs old 5'1..250 lbs... my left nipple is sore and light reddish discharged came out when I squeezed this morning. My husband lightly bit it last night while we were having fun...should I wait a couple days and see if it goes away?
