What Is The Lump Like Sensation In Throat?

I have a few symptoms that are becoming troublesome in my day to day life. First I have had this weird almost lump like sensation in my throat that I can feel when I swallow, its not really painful, just uncomfortable and I have had this for over a year now. Next I have a horribly sensative stomach.. problem is I dont know what its sensitive to..it changes all the time. Either way I have to make many frequent trips to the bathroom after eating, drinking, or even smoking a cigarette. I have had that problem for awhile as well. Last but not least, lately I have been getting swollen ankels for no reason, they hurt for days then it goes away, then comes back later and so on. Also I feel like I am constantly hungry and I eat a lot, but because my system seems to move so quickly at a painful rate I dont gain weight. Any clue?
