What Is The Lump On The Left Side Of My Penis?

im 25 and i am sexually active my ? is recently i was diagnoised with balanitis swelling of the penis and i've took all my medicine and the swelling has gone down and my penis is normal again except for this lump on the left side of my penis underneth the skin jus a lil bit below the head of my penis and when i squeeze on it, it hurts a little bit not to bad and i've noticed that i have sharp tingling sensations that shoot thru it a couple time's a day im a little worried that it may be something serious! do you have any ideal of what it may be, and what i can do to make it go away??
