What Is The Normal Fsh N Amh Range?

hello sir,i m 39 years old.hysterectomy done on 2000,cholecystectomy on 2009.suddenly i felt internal pain and pressure on vagina.i showed to a gyene doctor n he adviced me for do the FSH and AMH.now the reports are FSH 53.96,AMH 0.19.MY both overies are also removed at the time of histerectomy.i m having osteoporosis also from last six years.i take osteofos 70 once in a week.plz tell what is the normal fsh n amh range.n what should i do?
