What Is The Pain In My Breast After An Abortion?

doctor i am experiencing pain on a spot of my left breast when pressing it.i had an abortion 3 months back.few days back my whole left breast and armpit and back was aching..but consulted a doctor and she prescribed me augumentine antibiotics.but now the pain have reduced to one spot on pressing it.
