i am 23, and from past 1 year i can see this white ring which is like small white skin coming out from one corner to another corner of my pennis below the tip of my pennis..its not painfull but if i try and pull it it pains...and after oral sex it pains for 2 days.... can u tel me wat is it ?? and do i need to consult a doctor ?
