What Is The Permanent Solution For Dandruff?

sir i have a dandruff like whitish in my scalp , for more than 3 yrs, but not in a regular manner first time i gone for spa treatnment and it get cleared after a long time it reappears and i undergone for a period of six month course in siddah after now it seems to be very high kindly suggest me a pertmenent solution for this
