What Is The Pimple Like Thing On My Face?

Hello doctor, I am getting pimple like things in my face from past 1.5 year. After some days it will get controlled as i am washing my face regularly. But again it starts as a cycle. Recently i had test for thyroid. But it is border situation. Now hair fall is also increased. Is this is due to Thyroid or any other problem?. My age is 26 and height is 5 feet, Weight is 44 kgs
