heloo doctor i am 22 years . now i am having a pimple like thing on my thigh on right leg, i showed to doctors and they say its on skin on hair root. I have a swellingnear my penis and scrotum seems something hard on right, its painful when i touch. I said to doctor he said its lymphatic drainage, my pimple is starting to dry but swelling is still there
