What Is The Possibility Of Food Stuck In Lungs Months After Choking?

I choked 3 months ago on a piece of sausage and felt like it went into my sinuses. It appears to be lower now but not sure where it is or how to get it out. I had a scope done of my sinuses by an ENT who said they saw nothing. Then had a scope of esophagus done by GI who only found rings in lower esophagus. Is there anywhere that this food can be lodged still somewhere they may not have been able to see between the sinuses and throat?
