What Is The Prognosis For A 69 Y/o Woman Who

What is the prognosis for a 69 y/o woman who refuses to get treated after having a stroke? The stroke happened about 5 months ago, I think (she was living alone at the time so not sure exactly how long ago). She is a major alcoholic who only recently quit drinking (less than 1 year ago); she started drinking by 7 am over 6 years ago. She has been a smoker almost her whole life & currently smokes about 10 packs in a week. She refuses to go in because a doctor will tell her to quit smoking.
