What Is The Prognosis For Fatigue In Leg Based On This MRI Report?

I have a feeling of fatigue in my upper left leg which has been hanging around gor two months now MRI result shows L4-L5 broad based central disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal SAC, facet joint arthrosis and ligament flavum hyperthropy resulting to moderate neuroforaminal narrowing.
My feeling of fatigue/ pain in my upper left leg is chronic 50% occurring 50% non occurring. When I use a lumbosacral belt the pain disappears.
