What Is The Prognosis For Increased Echogenicity, Loss Of CMD On Ultrasound, And An Abnormal Serum Creatinine Level?

Hello doctor, I am female age 27 years. I was feeling pain in my stomach since last few days. So my doctor ask me for ultrasound which shows Echogenecity is increased with loss of CMD. Also creatinine serum is 2.68. So please suggest what to do next. Thanks
