What Is The Prognosis For Iron Deficiency-anemia And Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Hi iam 23 years old unmarried female . I got my tests done. my hemoglobin is 9.3 g/dl hematocrit is 9.3% . MCH is 21.7 PG. The lab report says it is iron deficiency anemia. moreover the ESR is 40 so i got my LFT done and my sgpt is 99 U/L gamma gt is 76 U/L and serum bilirubin (indirect) is 0.15 mg/dl. The Dr only suggested me to take lysovit syp 2 tablespoon after breakfast along with hepa merz syp. And he also told me to avoid oily fried items and fast foods. Can anybody suggest me what protocol should i follow now? Which medicine to take? Are the doc s suggestions right or should i add anything else in treatment protocol ?
