What Is The Prognosis For Mild Ischemia In The Apex Of Heart?

There is a medium area of infarction in the basilar to mid inferolateral/posterolateral wall with a small area of mild ischemia in the apex of my heart. Overall left ventricular systolic function is mildly diminished with mild, global hypokinesis tht is worse in the apex. A gated wall motion caluculated EJF at 43 percent. I had a heart attack in April of 2013 and Quad bypass on May 29, 2013. I walk one hour a day on the treadmill at 4.5 miles per hour and I take Coreg, 6.25 split twice a day, Lisinipril 2.5 once a day and a baby aspirin and Simvastatin. I want to know if the apex will stay the same or get worse and what prognosis you might have for me. I want to get off the Coreg also. Please send me your honest professional opinion. Cheers, Jeff
