What Is The Prognosis For Mild Splenomegaly?

Hello.i m a female age 24..recently i had my ultrasound report which shows that i have a mild splenomegaly and the size is 13.7 cms.i had my att in 2009 for 9 months for the treatment of intestinal TB. In that period my spleen was also enlarged. I didn't get any checkup since then. Now i want your help to plz guide me about the risks stratifications,causes, treatment etc..is it very harmful for me or it normally happens in patients like me?
