What Is The Prognosis For Nodules In Lungs Of A Person With Histoplasmosis?

I have hismoplastosis. I have had 2 scans MRI..I went from 1 nodcei in one lung to severl nodgels in both lungs..I was told it was not cancer..but I am concerned..can you tell me what to expect from this..My family dr says just don t worry ..you are ok..but he cannot tell me if more will grow and what happens down the line..very hard to fine info on this..thank you
