What Is The Prognosis For Pain In Penis And Swollen Groin Lymph Nodes?

I recently got tested for a 10 panel std test. I gave unprotected anal sex and received oral sex from a new partner 12 days ago. I have received partial preliminary results, all negative. The only ones I am waiting for are Chlamydia and Gonherria. I have felt a sharp pain near the tip of my penis that could be self inflicted do to constantly checking for any discharge. Which I have not seen. my only real symptoms have been a pain in penis and swollen groin lymphnodes. What is my outlook?
