What Is The Prognosis For Person With Burnt Throat Due To Radiation?

My question is what will happen to someone who has not eaten for over a month now and the reason they cannot eat is because they had 27 treatments of radition for neck and tonsoil cancer and the throat was burned and the last radition treatment was February 27-2015 and they still cannot swallow everything sticks and that includes enshure.
