What Is The Prognosis For Severe Pain In Calf Muscle?

I was running short sprints at 1/2 speed....as I was starting to another sprint, on the take off I heard and felt a pop in the my calf muscle...I could not walk or put any amount of pressure on it. I iced it when I got home...elevated it, took Ibuprofen, and rubbed it down with arnica lotion...I also put on a compression sleeve....it s been 5 days and it s still sore but no swelling. can you give me a diagnosis based on this information?
