What Is The Prognosis For The Removal Of Milia From Lower Eyelids?

Having milia removed tomorrow from lower lids after blepharoplasty procedure to be done by same opthamalogist who did blepharoplasty. what should I expect afterward?(swelling ,etc ..) Also I have dermatitis up near Brow. I overpluck and Dr. Advises to stop. Any other suggestions to clear it up? I've been using derma e with dead sea salt to exfoliate.thank you
