What Is The Prognosis For This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound and it said.. Anteverted normal-sized uterus with thick endometrium. Par-ovarian cyst versus hydrosalpinx, right adnexa. Unremarkable cervix and ovaries. Negative free fluid at the posterior cul-de-sac. And there is a 2.9 x2.5 cm anechoic cystic structure seen above on my right ovary. Please help me to understand this.. If I m going to have baby...
